Are you emotionally anorexic?

We know that when someone is anorexic,
they deprive their physical body of food and nourishment.
When someone is emotionally anorexic,
they deprive themselves
of feeling their life experiences or emotions.

More people do this than we might think!
Many of us have been trained to function
from our logical mind
no matter what our gut feeling tells us.
Many clients tell me they don’t have time for emotions.
They just have to do what is needed to survive,
to pay the bills or to take care of their family.
They function on autopilot like a robot.
Getting the job done.
Being completely responsible or pleasing others.

So what do you think happens to the emotions?
Do they just fly away like a butterfly?
No they actually get stuffed in your cellular memory.

All of the emotions we don’t acknowledge and process,
get stuffed in our energy field
to deal with at a later date.

Emotions are simply meant to give you a message
about what you feel
about a person or a situation or a decision.

Statistics say that more and more people
are taking antidepressants.
Why because they aren’t in touch with their emotions.
They haven’t dealt with their past on some level
and their emotional baggage is getting heavy.
People tend to get anxiety
as the emotions build and
their is no more room to hold anymore.
Then they see their family doc
and express their lack of  interest in life.

The good news is that this can be approached
from a holistic point of view!
It is time now to energetically
let go of these emotions.

It doesn’t mean you have to relive it.
It just means you have to acknowledge
it and have a practitioner assist you
in releasing it from your energy field.

It’s that easy
and you will feel
like someone lifted 50 pounds
off of your shoulders.

What emotions are you carrying from your past?
